Drew has been in the commercial real estate industry for 29 years, mainly as a Commercial Real Estate Broker with a corporate real estate background. Drew is a REALTOR® member in good standing.
Drew started his career at Sevo-Miller Corporation and, after two years, left to work alongside his father at Oxford Associates, who represented Pizza Hut and IHOP throughout Colorado. Coincidently, Oxford Associates sold the Oxford Hotel and Oxford Annex to famed developer Dana Crawford, who renovated and landmarked the property. iMPAX Real Estate Group is now located within the Oxford Annex, bringing Drew’s real estate career full circle.
He then left Oxford Associates to work at Sitelink International, decommissioning popup sites, followed by eight years in the corporate real estate arena with Level 3 Communications and MCI Metro.
As one of the early adopters of Tenant/Buyer representation, Drew was instrumental in bringing Outback Steakhouse to Colorado. He represented their first franchise group in Colorado and secured their first three stores. He then represented Taco Cabana in securing seven stores in the Denver Metro area.
Drew has vast experience in corporate facilities, urban Infill assemblage for redevelopment, tenant and landlord advocacy, data center site acquisitions, and telecom network real estate.
He joined iMPAX Real Estate Group in 2018, where he and the iMPAX team quietly assembled several prominent Transit-Oriented Developments in Denver. He continues seeking off-market properties for several developers through exacting search criteria and cold calling. He specializes in sales and leasing assignments in the industrial, land, office, and retail sectors.
His broad experience in sourcing properties and negotiating contracts has led to his success as a generalist, which has paid off with many client victories. His commitment to exceeding his client’s expectations is the beacon that has nurtured long-lasting personal and business relationships.
After a brief two-year college baseball stint at the University of Wyoming, Drew completed his studies, earning a BA in Geology at the University of Colorado in 1988. Drew enjoys spending time on the golf course, skiing, fly fishing, and hiking.
