Neil Shea has an extensive background in real estate sales, underwriting and deal analysis, capital raising, development, asset management, and lending. He began his real estate career in 2007, just in time for the 2008 real estate crash and the Great Recession, which prompted Neil to focus primarily on foreclosure and short sale opportunities with investors. Neil is a REALTOR® member in good standing.
As an active real estate developer, Mr. Shea focuses primarily on constructing and selling single-family and multi-unit residential homes and acquiring rental properties with the potential for future development. Neil’s clients are small infill developers throughout Metro Denver, where he can assist in underwriting and securing construction debt and repositioning asset portfolios.
Over the past several years, Neil has teamed up with local builders and equity partners to identify unique development opportunities in neighborhoods near hospitality-related businesses, public transit, and recreational space.
Neil is also a director for a national private lender specializing in financing institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth clients. His clients pursue and refinance single-family rental (SFR) portfolios and invest in Build to Rent (BTR) communities.
Neil graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Denver, in 2000, with a Bachelor of Science & Business Administration in Marketing & Finance. Neil enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son in his spare time and is an avid snowboarder and mountain biker.
